In-Home Caregivers Team

The caregivers, nurses, and therapists of Compassionate Care form a family of support and comfort. They strive to make a difference in the lives of others, especially for those in need. Compassionate Care embraces team members who are dedicated and passionate. We aspire to find the caregiver that is best suited for each individual client.

Before a team member is brought onto the team, they are screened during an interview process, which includes work and personal references, as well as the successful completion of a criminal background check. Caregivers of Compassionate Care receive training during their initial orientation and then receive in-services throughout the year and as warranted by the needs of the client. They must also adhere to the Compassionate Care Code of Conduct. To ensure safety and security, all caregivers are bonded, insured, and covered by Workers' Compensation insurance. This relieves our clients and their families of any possible liability issues.

Office Teams

It takes a close knit office team, working diligently together to keep functions running smoothly. Both the caregiver teams and the office teams are crucial to Compassionate Care's success.
