Director, Laura, RN

Laura joined the Compassionate Care Home Health Services, Inc. Team in the Spring of 2003 and currently serves as the Director, overseeing clinical and management aspects as they relate to the delivery of quality services. Laura obtained a degree in Registered Nursing from Southwestern Michigan College in 1987 and has been privileged to gain experience in a wide range of health care arenas before finding her niche in home care. She finds value in home care because making a positive difference in the lives of our clients right where they live is very important to her. Also important to Laura are her family, church, and a few hobbies like reading, writing, and art work when she finds the time.

Budget and Finance Director, Edward

Edward began working with Compassionate Care when the company was first established in 1998, while working at a local public accounting firm. In 2002 he became a full time member of the team. Edward received his Associates Degree in Accounting from Delta College. He is currently responsible for the day to day accounting practices at the Corporate Office. While away from Compassionate Care, Edward enjoys spending time with his family, hunting, and playing sports. 

Corporate Account Director, Joey

Joey started working with Compassionate Care in its early years, assisting with payroll. After spending some time working as a Field Staff Supervisor, Joey was promoted to his current position in the Corporate Office. He is now responsible for all payroll and corporate accounts. When he's not issuing checks, Joey can be found watching the Red Wings, hunting, or camping.

Corporate Systems Director, Chris

Compassionate Care welcomed Chris to the team in late 2003. He was first recruited to assist with the day to day functions in the Corporate Office. After a few years of dedication, Chris became the "go-to" guy for all systems operations. Chris is also a certified electrician, owning and operating Affordable Electric based out of Sterling, Michigan. In his spare time, Chris can be found spending time with his family, riding the sand dunes of Silver Lake, and camping.

Corporate Liaison, Jody

Jody first joined the Compassionate Care team in 2000 as a Weekend Supervisor. She currently works closely with the Director and Corporate office assisting in any capacity needed. Jody is also the primary graphic designer, working on advertisements and marketing materials for the agency. In 2004 she received her Bachelor's Degree in Music Education from Saginaw Valley State University. When she's not working on the computer, Jody can be found singing or directing her church choir, geocaching, or playing with her cats.

Human Resources Director, Jeanie

Jeanie joined the Compassionate Care team in 1998 as an Office Clerk. She is now the Director of Human Resources. This role consists of a variety of responsibilities resulting in her wearing many hats. While working full time she earned her bachelors degree in Business Administration from Northwood University. Jeanie is also part owner of ProScape Landscaping and Maintenance with her husband Jim. Outside of work you can find Jeanie camping, golfing, hunting with her husband and furry kids, or just spending time with family and friends.
