Compassionate Care is pleased to announce a new employee referral bonus program! This program will grant a current field staff employee a $50 bonus when they refer a friend to the team.
Here’s how it works:
- The applicant submits an application for employment.
- On the application, the applicant will indicate the name of the employee who recommended Compassionate Care. This can be noted on the application in the field that asks how you heard about Compassionate Care.
- The applicant must successfully complete the hiring process and orientation.
- The applicant must successfully complete the 90 day probationary period without disciplinary action or unexcused call-ins.
Once the above requirements are met, the Compassionate Care employee that referred the applicant will receive a $50 bonus on their paycheck!
A few other things to know about the program:
- This program is effective beginning January 23, 2015.
- This bonus program is only available to field staff employees.
- The applicant may be a former employee.
- The applicant must not be an inactive employee.
- The Corporate office reserves the right to cancel the referral program at anytime. Any potential applicants that may have been referred before the cancelation date will still be qualified for the program.
